On the first visit we always do a deep clean. We clean everything in detail (baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, corners, cabinet doors) including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in every room; in the bathroom we clean mirrors, toilets, showers and bathtubs; and in the kitchen we clean appliances, counters, sinks, etc. Deep cleaning takes more time, so we usually charge double the price of the normal cleaning fee.
What to expect on my first visit?
No. You are not required to provide cleaning products or equipment. Our team has professional grade tools and cleaning supplies to make sure that our service is effective. If you would prefer that we use your products of choice, just let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your request because customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
Do I need to provide you with cleaning supplies?
Do I need to be home at the time of service, or during the time of service?
No. When you schedule your appointment, let us know that you're not going to be home. We will need instructions on how to access entry to your home and how to secure your property once we leave.
